Mr. Lau obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis. Throughout his time at UC Davis, he was a UC Regents Scholar. Mr. Lau then attended California Western School of Law in San Diego. During law school, his diverse experience included interning at a large Bay Area law firm and also serving a pupillage at one of the most prestigious law firms in Hong Kong.
Mr. Chang immigrated to the U.S. at the age of fifteen. Mr. Chang has been practicing law since 2003 with a main focus in real estate, corporate, business, and investment immigration law. Mr. Chang has counseled and assisted property developers, company owners, and entrepreneurs with a wide variety of legal issues ranging from entitlement/land use, to corporate formation, to investment structure.
