Mr. Chang has been practicing law since 2003 with a main focus in real estate, corporate, business, and investment immigration law. Mr. Chang has counseled and assisted property developers, company owners, and entrepreneurs with a wide variety of legal issues ranging from entitlement/land use, to corporate formation, to investment structure.

Mr. Chang earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California at Davis School of Law.

Mr. Chang is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California as well as before the Northern Federal District Court of California. He is a member of the Bar Association of Alameda County.

Mr. Chang is fluent in Mandarin and proficient in Cantonese.
